Refund policy

Any order purchased from dididesk.com* can be returned or exchanged within 60 days. If not completely satisfied, simply return the product for a prompt refund. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

DidiDesk reserves the right to abort any transaction by refunding the customer.

In the case of a Preorder, DidiDesk will strive to deliver the item in a reasonable amount of time, but does not guarantee delivery dates.

A refund can be requested by the client at any time before the order has been shipped.

Whether you are returning for a refund, exchange or warranty request, please do the following before shipping: 1. Place a copy of your order receipt in the shipping box with the item(s) you are returning. 2. Make sure to include your order number, email, first and last name. 3. Shipping policy

DidiDesk ships to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses. Products can be shipped to anywhere that has a physical address and can receive packages via UPS Ground. We do not ship to PO Boxes. There is a 1-2 business day process time for all orders. While we strive to ship an order within 2 working days, we can’t directly control the delivery times beyond our end. As a general rule, assume that your shipment will take 5–7 working days. APO addresses will be shipped via USPS and cannot be rush shipped. Orders Under 1 lb ship for a flat rate of $2.99. Orders over 1 lb are $4.99 within 48 contiguous U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. (Additional charges will apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories) Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via ground service to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses). All orders ship UPS Ground to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories at a flat rate of $29.95. Duties and Taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility."

DidiDesk® is not responsible for delays due to any weather condition. During the holiday season, order processing and shipping times may be delayed due to volume.

Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. box.
